Some people like #collaborating with others while some don't. I am one those person that don't like collaborating. It gets me out of my individual, shy comfort zone. I hate sharing my ideas with anybody. One, my ideas might not be good enough. Secondly, I could love this grand idea and someone would take it and not give credit to the one who creatively came up with it. Despite, some negativity when it comes to collaborating with others, it can also be a great thing. Sometimes we need to hear or see other ideas that people are sharing so that maybe we can #enhance our ideas for the better.

#Sharing is caring. Sharing recipes online with other bakers, cooks, and average people is a great way of collaborating on the web. People can truly gain value out of sharing recipes. Some may wondered, "Well, what value does it give? They are just recipes and people make the recipe and eat what they made." That is a true statement; however, it's more than the idea of people just finding recipes to make something for a special occasion or event.

The value that one can gain from sharing recipes is gaining creativity and experiences. You can interact with people by commenting in review section whether the recipe worked out or not. One can learn their mistakes to perfect their recipe or the process of the making whatever it is.

However, there are #challenges with people sharing their comments a lot on how their cookies or cake turned out to be a disaster! There are complaints. There are praises, but the #complaints could hurt the person's feelings or make them stronger and more knowledgeable. The person who shared the recipe would have to find a #solution for the person who complained that their cookies turned out flat. That could be a challenge if you don't have a solution for someone. The image below is what I screen shot to show how people interact and share their opinions.

Digital tools that most people use today really makes collaboration so much more efficient and effective. If someone doesn't have time to go out and buy a recipe book, so could easier look up recipes to make a special dish for a special something or someone. It makes is easier for everyone to share their recipes. Rather than putting every single recipe in a big fat recipe book. That would be insane! Could you imagine how tall this book would be? Giant! People can easily write and take a picture of a recipe and send it to their friends through messages! Thankful for the advancement on technologies. Even on Snapchat, people are collaborating by sharing the names of businesses that they bought their cookies from.

The image on the left is a screen shot of a #Snapchat story from #Insider. The girl is participating by advertising the Gideon's Bakehouse. Look how huge and delicious they loook! Sadly, it's located in Orlando, Florida. Maybe I should open my own business here in Pennsylvania.

Since I am constantly baking on my free time, I am usually finding my recipes on a lot of other food blogs and regular websites. It's great. I just pull out my lab top and go straight to #Pinterest for some bomb recipe that I want to create or recreate. Most people don't realized that they're participating and collaborating on Pinterest. They might know that they're sharing recipes with other people, but they don't realize the value that it gives. The image below is what I screen shot to show how Pinterest share recipes. It's a lot of fun. Unfortunately, I spend way too much time on this media...
